We were contacted by the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless regarding a renovation of the Coalitions Stout Street clinic. The Colorado Coalition for the Homeless is a non-profit organization whose mission is to work collaboratively toward the prevention of homelessness and the creation of lasting solutions for homeless and at-risk families, children, and individuals throughout Colorado. Once the scope of the renovations was determined, Mishler provided costing for the project and we were hired to complete the renovations. The Stout Street Clinic is located in the heart of downtown Denver and mobilization and staging were a challenge. The challenges continued as it was critical that we not only complete the project quickly but also that we did not impact the current clinic operations. Through careful planning and phasing we completed the project ahead of schedule and within budget. Throughout the duration of the project Mishler staff received numerous comments from the Coalition staff regarding our commitment to quality, our ability to complete the project quickly and the minimum impact the project had on their working environment.
