Partnering with Visioneering Studios and Visioneering Envision D/B we began construction of this major TI project in June of 2014. The church had purchased an existing commercial building that had formerly been a grocery store. This phased project features an appx 1,000 seat auditorium and large children’s area. Mishler Construction, working under a pre-construction service agreement, was an active participant in the design process, providing evaluation of constructibility, system analysis and value engineering options as well as budget analysis, cost estimating and the development of the project schedule. The project included a large children’s area, coffee and hospitality areas, children’s climbing wall and preschool/children’s check-in stations.
