Our second project for Red Rocks Church is an extensive renovation and addition to the church’s existing campus in Arvada, CO. Mishler Construction, working under a pre-construction service agreement, was an active participant in the design process, providing evaluation of constructability, system analysis and value engineering options as well as budget analysis, cost estimating and the development of the project schedule. The project features a 10,000sf addition which will feature an expansion to the worship area with a new capacity of 1,028 seats. Mishler’s work also will include a major expansion and renovation of the existing lobby area along with upgrades to the existing children’s area. Exterior improvements include a major expansion to the parking areas and landscape.
